Question 23 of The Never-Ending Book is another galaxy-themed question with a bomb, saying "The answer is behind your anus" with answer options "Really?", "my pants", "arse" and "butts."
Now, think about it... which of them would be the correct answer? They all sound sensible. Truth be told, none of them are right.
Now, if you remember Question 10 of TIQ2 well, you'd be tempted to drag "your anus" from the question, which can be done, but is actually helpless in this question.
When the question says "your anus", it's actually a pun on "Uranus", so you're supposed to drag Uranus where it's located on the top-right of the screen, then click the green arrow hiding behind to proceed.
